Ausgangspunkt von #dance bilden drei Tiktok Dances, welche in den letzten Jahren in kürzester Zeit die Sozialen Medien erobert haben: „Savage“, „Woman“ und „Love Nwantiti“. In spielerischer Verbindung von Popkultur und zeitgenössischem Tanz entstanden in Montepulciano drei Videos, die popkulturelle Ästhetiken dekonstrurieren. Sie kombinieren sowohl in Tanz als auch in Musik Choreografie bzw. loopbasierte Komposition mit Improvisation, inspiriert von einer lässigen DIYAttitüde.
The starting point for #dance are three Tiktok dances that have quickly conquered the social media in recent years: „Savage“, „Woman“ and „Love Nwantiti“. In a playful combination of pop culture and contemporary dance, in Montepulciano three videos have been created which deconstruct pop culture aesthetics. They combine choreography and loop-based composition with improvisation in both dance and music, inspired by a casual DIY attitude.
